- Form One: Standard Seven (PSLE) results
- Transfers: report from previous school and transfer letter
- Birth certificate and passport-size photos
How to Apply
- Download the application form from the Downloads page or collect it at the school office.
- Fill in the form and attach the required documents.
- Submit it to the school office and attend the interview/assessment.
- Receive the joining instructions after admission.
